Elliott Hyman

Elliott joined Wolf Consulting as Director of Business Development after it received an investment from Evergreen Service Group at the end of 2017 and was promoted to CEO of Wolf Consulting in 2019. He led the launch of Lyra Technology Group in 2021. Today, he serves as board lead for the companies that makeup Lyra Technology Group.
Elliott earned a Bachelor’s degree in United States History from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Outside of work, Elliott enjoys spending time with his family, waiting for the New York Jets to win a second Super Bowl, and reading about history, technology, and business.
Hassan Riaz

Hassan joined Lyra in 2022 and serves as board lead for a number of companies within the Lyra family. Prior to Lyra, Hassan served as Chief Operating Officer at Tech Keys, one of our portfolio companies in New Jersey.
Hassan earned a BBA from George Washington University and then had stints in consulting and operations management at IBM, McMaster-Carr, and Uber.
Outside of work, Hassan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring NYC, and reading biographies and business periodicals.
Zach Mayer

Zach serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Lyra Technology Group and oversees day-to-day financial operations while partnering with Lyra leadership to drive company strategy, growth, and vision. Prior to joining Lyra in 2023, Zach worked as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance and M&A for a private equity-backed healthcare services consolidator. Zach spent over a decade in investment banking at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cowen, advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, capital markets transactions, and a wide range of strategic initiatives. Zach has a Finance degree from Miami University and an MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his growing family and occasionally sneaks away to golf poorly, ski slowly, and pretend pickleball counts as exercise.

Kelsey Randhawa

Kelsey is Chief Operating Officer at Lyra Technology Group. She joined in 2024 when Evergreen consolidated three regional MSP strategies into a unified strategy at Lyra. Prior to Lyra, she spent two years at a sister strategy, Helix Technology Partners. There she held the roles of President and Chief of Staff. She was responsible for driving organic growth via business intelligence, process improvements, and building resources for 16 of our portfolio companies. Before joining the Evergreen community, she held a variety of roles at McMaster-Carr Supply Co. ranging from strategy and operations manager to software engineer to product manager.
Kelsey holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Business and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Kenyon College with a BA in international relations.
In her free time, Kelsey can be found with her nose in a book. When traveling abroad, she collects Harry Potter books in their native languages. While her quest isn’t always successful, she enjoys meeting locals and finding off-the-beaten path bookshops. A former college runner, you can also find her jogging along the Chicago lakefront.
Jake Gregorich

Jake oversees revenue generation for Lyra Technology Group. He joined the team in January 2023 to help grow sales talent, increase collaboration among Lyra companies, and drive top-line revenue growth.
Prior to Lyra, Jake worked with MSPs including Impact Networking, Ntiva, and Equilibrium IT. He also served as an independent consultant to private equity backed MSPs and private equity companies looking to enter the MSP market on sales & marketing, diligence, acquisitions, and integration.
Outside of work, he enjoys time and good laughs with his wife Joanna, baby boy Charlie, golden retriever Bella, and large extended family. When he is not spending time with family and friends, Jake can be found outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, and playing team sports.
Elizabeth Cosentino

Elizabeth serves as the Chief People Office of Lyra Technology Group. Liz joined Lyra in 2023 and is responsible for building the talent function of the organization including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. Before joining Lyra, Liz worked across various Human Resources roles at Performance Trust Capital Partners and McMaster-Carr Supply Company.
Liz earned her Bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and her Master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
In her spare time, Liz likes to travel, binge real estate and renovation shows and spend time with her family and friends.
Jack Fumagalli

Jack serves as an Associate at Lyra Technology Group. Jack joined Lyra Technology Group in 2022 and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and leading post-close value creation initiatives across the Lyra family of companies. Before joining Lyra Technology Group, Jack worked as a strategy consultant at KPMG and as a strategic finance analyst at Riverside Insights, an Alpine Investors portfolio company. Jack earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing golf, and rooting for his favorite sports teams – the Chicago Bears and the Miami Heat.
Drew Thomson

Drew serves as the Vice President of Growth for Lyra Technology Group. Drew joined Lyra Technology Group in 2022 and leads value creation and growth operations across select portfolio companies, while also championing Lyra's CRO in Training program.
Prior to joining Lyra, Drew worked at The Riverside company as the Director of Sales Excellence for portfolio operations and at McKinsey & Company as a consultant.
Drew earned his Bachelor's degree in Management from Indiana University and a M.B.A from University of Chicago Booth.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with family, a never-ending passion for the Detroit Lions and continues to expand efforts in Ironman competitions and curating a green thumb.
Gregory Zolkos

Greg joined Lyra as the Regional CEO – South in 2023. He is also the founder, CEO and president of Atlas Professional Services, an award-winning business he launched in 2006 which now serves more than 200 customers throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Prior to founding Atlas, Greg was the Director of Information Technology at Cast Crete, responsible for the management of the entire network infrastructure, as well as the internal audit and accounting systems for 450-plus employees, managing 16 physical locations throughout Florida.
Greg received a B.S. in business management from the University of South Florida. Dedicated to serving the community, Greg is a founding board member and executive board member for the Because of Jason Foundation. He and his wife, Nicole Zolkos, are also board members of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation in Tampa Bay.
Greg also has been recognized by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as an honorary deputy. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his “Gaggle of Girls” - his wife and their five daughters.
Dakota Ferguson

Dakota joined Evergreen & Lyra in 2022 and serves as board lead for a number of companies within the Midwest. Prior to this, Dakota served as Chief Executive Officer at Arnet Technologies, one of our portfolio companies in Ohio.
Dakota earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Texas A&M University. He has had stints in consulting and operations management at IBM, McMaster-Carr, and technology start-up Workrise.
Outside of work, the majority of Dakota's time is spent shuttling his three kids (Grace - 11, Bradley - 9, and Olivia -7) to and from sports/school activities. He occasionally volunteers as head coach for football, soccer, and lacrosse (he does not have a winning record as head coach) and enjoys developing & teaching young athletes. Dakota has been married for 12 years and he and his wife enjoy hiking, drinking wine, traveling, and exploring new places when they have time.

Martin Desrosiers

Martin joined Lyra Technology Group in 2024 as a Regional CEO, focused on supporting Lyra’s Canadian operating companies as well as growing the Canadian market.
Prior to joining Lyra, Martin was the CEO at Nucleus Networks, leading Nucleus though its acquisition by Evergreen Services Group in 2021. Martin has 20+ years in the MSP industry including building his own MSP which was acquired in 2009.
Martin is based just outside beautiful Vancouver, BC and enjoys spending time with family, the gym, coffee, and of course good food!
Ward Ault

Ward currently serves as a Regional CEO within Lyra Technology Group and CEO of Integritek. In these roles, he oversees our portfolio of MSPs within the Texas market while also leading one of our Austin-based service providers. Ward is passionate about helping simplify technology for local business within our communities. He is also a people-first leader who enjoys building relationships and helping those around him reach their full potential.
Previously, Ward was a Vice President and Chief of Staff at Axon, a public safety technology company, and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He also served as an infantry and reconnaissance officer in the Marines where he conducted counterinsurgency operations in Afghanistan and foreign military training in Brazil.
Ward is a graduate of the Naval Academy and Harvard Business School. Away from work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, and spending time with his family.
Will Dawson

Will serves as the Mideast Regional CEO of Lyra Technology Group, where he oversees a cohort of Lyra portfolio companies. Previously, Will served as the CEO of Hurricane Labs, a portfolio company of Lyra Technology Group. Prior to Hurricane, Will held a variety of roles at Paramount Global, most recently as Director of Strategic Planning. He began his career as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey in the Industrials Group.
Will earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude with distinction, in English from Kenyon College, and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and rooting for all New York sports teams.
